- Identify requirements and risks for e-procurement
- Research and identify goods and/ or services to be e-procured in accordance with organisational objectives
- Assess risk and benefits associated with e-procurement of goods and/ or services in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
- Document and discuss e-procurement risks and benefits with organisational management
- Engage in e-procurement
- Create an e-procurement order for goods and/ or services
- Electronically monitor the status of e-procured goods and/ or services against costs, timelines and organisational policies and procedures
- Assist in the e-payment of third parties and identify rejected payments
- Contribute to the development of e-procurement reports
- Present report to organisational management for review
- Support organisational objectives through e-procurement
- Analyse the benefits of e-procurement against organisational objectives and identify areas for improvement
- Review different e-procurement platforms that could assist in continuous improvement of organisational policies and procedures
- Contribute to new ways of electronic working through improvements in e-procurement
- Assist in consultation of stakeholders to gain buy-in to e-procurement strategies
